Group Therapy
The group is now meeting in person at Share Psychotherapy in Sheffield. It meets on a weekly basis on Thursday evenings from 5.30pm – 7pm.
At the moment there are two places available for new members to join. The group has a maximum of eight members.

If you’d like to find out more information about group therapy and whether it might be helpful for you, you can book an exploratory appointment with the group conductor. Exploratory session normally last for 45 mins and are the same fee as group sessions.
Appointments are generally on Thursdays between 4.15 – 5pm

£28 per week
Like all types of therapy, it is always helpful to take a little time to explore if this type of support would be beneficial to you. Normally if people are happy to proceed after the initial exploratory session you will be offered a further two sessions which will help us decide whether group therapy is right for you.
